We do not have a storefront as all of our plants are grown from our home, however, we are happy to arrange in-person pick-up in downtown Orillia, Ontario.
Local delivery (Orillia only) is possible for an added fee.
Our plants can also be purchased online via our social media pages and on this website and can be shipped Canada-wide.

All of our plants are grown in optimal, terrarium-like conditions and are grown in both natural light and under grow lights. Each plant is grown in volcanic soil (fluvial stratum) in 2” plastic cups, unless otherwise specified.
All plants purchased (and shipped) from our online store will come with specific care instructions.
If you have additional or specific questions following a purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on plants that were purchased in person or by mail.
We are committed to ensuring that you are excited about the plants that you purchase from us and will be more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have.
If you order a plant online and have any concerns once you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

We ship plants Canada-wide and will do our absolute best to ensure that the plants are securely packaged using plastic containers and fiber materials.
Please note that live plants may undergo stress while in-transit and once a plant has been dropped off with the courrier, the handling of the packages is outside of our control.
Shipping fees are $40.00 CAD per box. This helps cover the cost of the shipping itself and materials to ensure that the plant is secure within the packaging.
We ship plants from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that they are not in transit for longer than they need to be.
